Finding the right support in Singapore
Mantraminds offers non-clinical well-being counselling. If you need more support than we can offer, such as care from a doctor, a mental health professional or a specialist service, free and confidential help is available. Singapore has confidential support available around the clock, and the options below are a good place to start.
If you are in danger right now
If your life, or someone else's, is at risk, call 995 for an emergency ambulance or go to your nearest A&E. For police, call 999 (or SMS 70999 if you can't speak).
If you need to talk to someone now:

Getting mental health care
Start with a polyclinic or GP
Polyclinics and many GP clinics in the Mental Health GP Partnership can assess and support mental health concerns, and refer you to a specialist if needed. To find a participating clinic, use the map on the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) website or call AIC on 1800 650 6060.
Institute of Mental Health (IMH)
IMH offers specialist outpatient care by appointment. A referral from a polyclinic or CHAS clinic is needed if you want government-subsidised care — subsidies depend on your residency status. You can request a first appointment online through IMH's website or call the Appointment Centre on 6389 2200.
