Questions
How can I stop overthinking?
Overthinking often eases when you learn to tell useful problem-solving apart from repetitive worry, set gentle limits on worry time, and grow more comfortable with uncertainty. Grounding and relaxation practices also help a busy mind settle. The Calm Mind course teaches these skills with a clinical psychologist.
Who can join?
Adults aged 18 and above who want to strengthen specific emotional, interpersonal, or coping skills. Before you enrol, we'll have a short conversation to make sure the course is a good fit for what you're experiencing.
Is this a treatment for anxiety or worry?
No. This is a structured skills course, not a substitute for clinical care, and it does not promise a particular outcome. If what you're going through is significantly affecting your daily life, our team can help you understand your options, including a consultation with one of our psychologists or consultant psychiatrists.
How do online sessions work?
Online sessions are live and one-to-one with a Mantraminds clinical psychologist, scheduled at times agreed with you when you enrol.
Is what I share kept confidential?
Yes. What you share in sessions stays between you and the Mantraminds care team, within the limits of professional and legal duty of care.
How do fees and payment work?
Each course is paid in full before it begins. All fees are payable directly by you, as Mantraminds does not currently work with insurance providers. Refunds can only be credited to an Indian bank account.
What if I miss a session or need to reschedule?
Course fees are non-refundable once the course has started. Each session, including a missed one, follows our Cancellation & Refund Policy: with at least two calendar days' notice you can reschedule free of charge; with one day's notice you can reschedule once; same-day changes aren't usually possible; and a session missed without notice is forfeited. See the full Cancellation & Refund Policy .
