Cancellation & Refund Policy

This policy covers individual patient bookings with Mantraminds — consultations, psychological assessments, and session packages — in-clinic or online, for patients in India and internationally. Institutional partnerships (schools, corporates, healthcare organizations) are governed by separate written agreements.

Our psychiatrists, psychologists, and other care team members are engaged directly with Mantraminds. All fees are payable directly by you, as Mantraminds does not currently work with insurance providers. Certain features, including our online self-assessment tool, are provided free of charge and carry no refund provisions.

These terms apply equally to consultations and psychological assessments. Requests can be made by phone, WhatsApp, or email, and are processed between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM daily — anything received outside this window is treated as received when the next window opens.

Once a session package has started, it is non-refundable. Group Therapy sessions are non-refundable.

Where a refund applies, you may choose between a cash refund, credited to your Indian bank account within 10 working days, or immediate account credit toward a future session or package.

Refunds or additional rescheduling outside the terms above may be considered case-by-case for genuine extenuating circumstances — contact us to discuss.

This policy is governed by the laws of India; disputes are subject to arbitration in Delhi under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. We may update this policy from time to time — the most recent version, shown by its "Last updated" date, always applies.
