Growing Together · Programmes for Children & Parents

Helping children grow. Helping parents feel confident.

Play-based programmes for children aged 3–13, and practical courses for parents. All are led by our child psychologist, at our clinic or online.

Programmes for children

Ages 3–13. Ten one-to-one, play-based sessions. Under-7s at the clinic only; ages 7–13 online or at the clinic.

Courses for parents

Ten one-to-one sessions for you as a parent, online or at the clinic. Your child does not attend.

What makes these programmes different

Child and parent, together

Pair your child's programme with a parent course so the same skills are practised in sessions and at home.

Expert-led

Every programme and course is delivered by our child psychologist.

Play-based and practical

Children learn through age-appropriate games and real-life tasks; parents leave with strategies they can use the same day.

Part of a care team

If your child needs more than skills training, our team can guide you to an assessment or consultation.

Not sure which programme fits?

Every family is different. Book a free parent call, tell us what you're noticing, and our child psychologist will help you find the right starting point, even if that isn't a programme.

Questions for parents

How do I know which programme fits?

Start with a free parent call. Tell us what you're noticing, and our child psychologist will help you find the right starting point, even if that isn't a programme.

Is this a treatment or diagnosis?

No. These are structured skills programmes. They do not diagnose any condition or promise a particular outcome. If your child may have a speech, language, learning, or developmental difficulty, we'll discuss whether a psychological assessment would be a better first step.

Can sessions be online?

Children under 7 attend at our Greater Kailash II clinic only. Children aged 7–13 and all parent courses can be online or at the clinic, at the same fee.

How do fees and payment work?

Each programme is paid in full before it begins. All fees are payable directly by you, as Mantraminds does not currently work with insurance providers. Refunds can only be credited to an Indian bank account.

What if I miss a session or need to reschedule?

Programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has started. Each session, including a missed one, follows our Cancellation & Refund Policy: with at least two calendar days' notice you can reschedule free of charge; with one day's notice you can reschedule once; same-day changes aren't usually possible; and a session missed without notice is forfeited. See the full Cancellation & Refund Policy .

Need help urgently? These programmes are not designed for emergencies. If you or someone you know is in crisis, call Tele-MANAS on 14416 (free, 24×7) or go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
