Think & Grow

About the programme

Cognitive skills support a child's learning, thinking, understanding, memory, attention, and problem-solving, and provide a foundation for school and everyday life. At Mantraminds, children develop cognitive skills through individualised, play-based activities. Age-appropriate games and real-life tasks encourage children to think, explore, plan, learn, and solve problems independently.

Questions for parents

How can I support my child's attention and memory?

Attention, memory, and problem-solving can be supported through age-appropriate games, puzzles, and everyday tasks that ask children to plan and think. Short, regular, enjoyable practice tends to work better than long sessions. Think & Grow uses individualised, play-based activities with our child psychologist.

How do I know if this is the right programme for my child?

Start with a free parent call. Tell us what you're noticing, and our child psychologist will help you work out which programme is the right fit, if any.

Who is it for?

Children aged 3 to 13. Activities are play-based and adapted to your child's age and needs.

Can sessions be online?

For children under 7, sessions take place at our Greater Kailash II clinic only, as young children learn best through hands-on play in person. Children aged 7 to 13 can join online or at the clinic. The fee is the same either way.

Is this a treatment or diagnosis?

No. This is a structured skills programme. It does not diagnose any condition or promise a particular outcome. If your child may have a speech, language, learning, or developmental difficulty, we'll discuss whether a psychological assessment would be a better first step.

How do fees and payment work?

Each programme is paid in full before it begins. All fees are payable directly by you, as Mantraminds does not currently work with insurance providers. Refunds can only be credited to an Indian bank account.

What if I miss a session or need to reschedule?

Programme fees are non-refundable once the programme has started. Each session, including a missed one, follows our Cancellation & Refund Policy: with at least two calendar days' notice you can reschedule free of charge; with one day's notice you can reschedule once; same-day changes aren't usually possible; and a session missed without notice is forfeited. See the full Cancellation & Refund Policy .
