Other charges (商品代金以外の必要料金) Your internet connection costs, and any currency conversion or transaction fees charged by your bank or card provider. Depending on the payment method, you may be charged in another currency at the equivalent amount
Payment method (支払方法) Card or PayPal, through a secure booking link sent by email after we have read your sign-up answers. Payments appear on your statement as MANTRAMINDS
Payment timing (支払時期) A hold is placed when you book. The fee is charged at 6:00 PM India time, 2 calendar days before your session (or when you book, if you book after that time)
When the service is provided (役務の提供時期) At the date and time you book, by secure video. Please book at least one day ahead (India time); same-day sessions are offered only in exceptional cases, subject to availability. Sessions run during India daytime hours, shown in Japan time
Cancellation (キャンセル・返金) Cancel by 6:00 PM India time, 2 or more calendar days before your session: the hold is released and you are not charged, or you get a full refund if already paid (or session credit, if you prefer). With 1 day's notice: one free reschedule, no refund. Same-day cancellations, no-shows and joining more than 15 minutes late: no refund. Full details: International Cancellation & Refund Policy
