Mantraminds is an India-based mental well-being service. It offers online, non-clinical well-being counselling for adults in English, Hindi and other Indian languages, in 23 countries outside India.

Who we are
In India, Mantraminds is a behavioural health centre in Greater Kailash II, New Delhi, offering in-clinic and online consultations with a team of psychiatrists, psychologists and counsellors. Clients in India can visit our main site, mantraminds.com .

Mantraminds International was set up for them, so they can talk to someone who understands where they come from, in a language they're comfortable with.
What we offer outside India
Outside India, we offer one thing: one-to-one, non-clinical well-being counselling for adults (18+), by secure video.
Support with everyday challenges: stress, relationships, parenting, work pressure, study pressure, loneliness, grief and life changes.
Sessions in English, Hindi and other Indian languages, depending on counsellor availability.
Pay per session. No packages, no lock-in.
We don't offer diagnosis, treatment of mental health conditions, psychiatry, medication, sessions for under-18s or emergency care outside India.
How we keep you safe
A fit check before you start
Our team reads your sign-up answers, and your first session begins with short, widely used well-being questionnaires to check our service is right for you.
Regular check-ins
We repeat the questionnaires every 4th session, and whenever your counsellor has a concern.
Clinical supervision
Our counsellors discuss their work in supervision within Mantraminds, using as little identifying information as possible.
Honest referral
If you need more than well-being counselling, we'll tell you and help you find local services.
Not an emergency service
Every country page lists local emergency numbers and free helplines.

Your information is stored securely in India and handled in line with our Privacy Policy .
