Finding the right support in Hong Kong
Mantraminds offers non-clinical well-being counselling. If you need more support than we can offer, such as care from a doctor, a mental health professional or a specialist service, free and confidential help is available across Hong Kong, and the options below are a good place to start.
Prefer to talk in your own language? The Government's 18111 Mental Health Support Hotline can help in English, Hindi, Urdu, Nepali, Punjabi, Bengali and several other languages — by phone or WhatsApp, 24 hours a day.

Getting mental health care
Start with your family doctor
A family doctor is usually the best first step. Ask for a longer appointment and say you'd like to talk about your mental health. Your doctor can talk through how you're feeling and, if it's right for you, refer you to a psychiatrist, a clinical psychologist or Hospital Authority mental health services.
Mental Health Direct (Hospital Authority)
- Phone: 2466 7350 (24 hours). Mental health advice from the Hospital Authority.
Integrated Community Centres for Mental Wellness (ICCMW)
- Free community support from the Social Welfare Department for adults and young people aged 15 and over. You can drop in or refer yourself, and no doctor's referral is needed. Search "ICCMW" on the Social Welfare Department website to find your nearest one.
