- the institution may manage access to the Services
- individual user content and activity remain private
- institutions receive only aggregated and anonymized insights, as described in our Privacy Policy
Personal data or individual activity is never shared with institutions.
6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Billing
Some features of the Services may require payment now or in the future.
Pricing, billing cycles, taxes, and subscription terms (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law.
Certain Services may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment depending on access model or institutional arrangement.
